1990年我校有41个结束课题(其中省以上下达课题28个,自选课题13个)通过技术鉴定(审定),居于国内领先水平的12个,达到国内先进水平的19个,属于省内先进水平的10个。如省“七五”重点攻关课题“小麦中产变高产模式与最佳栽培技术规程研究”,四年累计增产小麦57794.99万公斤,增值41916.22万元,并在小麦中产变高产的栽培理论、栽培模式与技术规范等问题上提出了新的见解,同行专家一致认为这项成果已达到国内领先水平,对山东省小麦生产的发展起了巨大作用。本年有23项优秀科研成果获得各级领导部门的奖励。其中部委奖5项、省奖4项、厅奖14项。与外单位共同完成或协作完成的5项科研成果,亦获得省级奖励。此外,为了使更多的优秀科研成果受到应有的表彰,学校本年首次颁发校级科研成果奖并对51项成果进行了奖励。
