初中学生在生理、心理特征等方面存在着个体差异,学生的数学学习活动也存在个体差异。教师在数学教学活动中要关注学生的这种个体差异。在教学活动中,采用分层教学法,较好地解决了这种困难。分层教学法是一种最符合因材施教原则的教学方法,它关注学生的个体差异,实施“有差异”的教学方法,它使每个学生都能得到充分的发展。
There are individual differences in the physical and psychological characteristics of junior high school students, and there are individual differences in students’ mathematics learning activities. Teachers should pay attention to this individual difference of students in mathematics teaching activities. In the teaching activities, a layered teaching method is adopted to better solve this difficulty. The layered teaching method is a teaching method that best meets the principle of teaching students according to their aptitude. It focuses on the individual differences of students and implements the “differential” teaching method. It enables each student to be fully developed.
