学困生是教学中一类常见的特殊群体,很多教师受其困扰,有的则对其束手无策,听之任之。通过多年班主任工作的实践发现:学习方法不当、家庭生活不稳定、品德修养差和同学关系不融洽是四大主要导致学困的原因,其中更强调非智力因素对学困生形成的影响;提出了转化的方法,班主任在转化学困生中扮演的角色应该是严师慈母、知心朋友,工作的重点应该在课堂以外。
Poor students in learning are a common special group in teaching. Many teachers are troubled by them, and others are incapable of doing nothing. Through years of experience in the work of headteachers, it has been found that improper study methods, unstable family life, poor moral cultivation and poor student relations are the four major causes of learning difficulties. They also emphasize the impact of non-intellectual factors on the formation of students with learning difficulties. As for the method of transformation, the role of the head teacher in the transfer of chemical impoverished students should be strict teacher-in-kind and intimate friends. The focus of the work should be outside the classroom.
