采用溶液浇铸法制备了厚度为33~112μm的聚[1-(4-三甲基硅基)苯基-2-苯乙炔](PTMSDPA)膜,研究了膜厚度、储存温度和储存气氛对其气体渗透性能的影响。结果表明,物理老化会导致PTMSDPA膜的气体渗透系数下降,经甲醇浸泡处理后,气体渗透系数可恢复到初始值。升高储存温度,渗透系数的下降速率增大。气体渗透系数的下降程度随膜厚度的减小而增大。储存气氛不影响聚合物膜的气体渗透性能的变化。溶解度系数基本不变,扩散系数的下降导致气体渗透系数下降。
A poly [1- (4-trimethylsilyl) phenyl-2-phenylacetylene] (PTMSDPA) film with a thickness of 33 ~ 112μm was prepared by solution casting.
