针对中职学生在学习上的特点,提高学生自信心,明确出纳人员的基本工作,在实际工作中知道哪些属于自己的职责范围,从填制各种原始凭证入手,到登记现金日记账和银行存款日记账,有机会多参与社会实践。教师自身更要增加实际工作经验,另外从职业道德方面给予教育,培养出业务过硬,具有良好职业素养的出纳人员。
