放射治疗是鼻咽癌主要治疗方法之一,特别对早期患者有良好的治效果。但是,放射线不但能破坏肿瘤细胞的生长,而且也对邻近正常的组织结构产生损害,引起各种合并症的发生。我院1989年以来,因放射治疗引起后鼻孔闭锁2例,报告如下。例1,女性,37岁,农民。1989年1月16日因鼻塞、回缩性血涕、头痛、左耳鸣、听力减退1年,加重2个月来院就诊。检查:五官端正,外鼻无畸形,左侧胸锁乳突肌上1/3部有一3×2.5×1cm 大小肿块,质硬,无明显压
