1986年11月至1987年11月,我院用氦-氖激光治疗儿童弱视33例(51只眼),现报告如下。资料和方法治疗对象为4~14岁儿童,33例中男19例,女14例。在眼科门诊经阿托品散瞳验光、眼底等常规检查。眼部无明显器质性病变,以功能因素为主所引起的视力低于0.9,又不能矫正者均列为弱视。51只眼中,屈光不正性弱视37只眼(72.55%),屈光参差性弱视9只眼(17.69%),斜视性弱视5只眼(9.81%)。平均随诊6个月。我们采用西安综合仪器厂制造的HN-02型氦-氖双管治疗多用机。患者坐在氦-激光仪前4.5米处,遮盖健眼,令患眼直视激光束。治疗时激光输出功率为1.5mW,工作电流为7mA,波长为6328A,功率密度
November 1986 to November 1987, our hospital with helium-neon laser treatment of 33 cases of children with amblyopia (51 eyes), are as follows.
