随着新课改的大力推进,传统的教学模式已无法适应初中美术教学的需要,这就对初中美术教师的综合素质提出了更高的要求。在这一背景下,合作学习法被广泛应用到初中美术教学中,倡导将学生分成若干小组,要求各小组之间在相互沟通和交流的基础上进行分工协作,各小组之间互相扶持,进而实现共同进步。但就目前各初级中学美术教学现状来看,还存在或多或少的问题,阻碍了初中学生的全面发展。因此,深入对初中美术合作学习中教师教学作用进行探讨成为一个亟待解决的重要课题。
