目的调查广东省深圳市献血人员中人类T淋巴细胞病毒(HTLV-I)的感染状况。方法同时采用巢式PCR技术和酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测1 008例无偿献血人员HTLV-I病毒DNA和血清中抗HTLV-I抗体,阳性结果样品采用蛋白印迹法(Western blot,WB)确证;对抗HTLV-I抗体阳性个体进行有关放射免疫检查。结果1008份采自无偿献血人员的血清样品中检出抗HTLV-I抗体阳性2份,未发现DNA阳性个体,WB试验证实2例抗HTLV-I抗体阳性个体为假阳性;对2例可疑阳性个体进行免疫球蛋白的放射免疫测定,结果均正常。结论结果提示广东省深圳市献血人群中HTLV-I感染率可能较低。
Objective To investigate the infection status of human T lymphocyte virus (HTLV-I) in blood donors in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. Methods The nested PCR and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) were used to detect the HTLV-I virus DNA in 1 008 blood donors and the anti-HTLV-I antibody in serum. The positive samples were detected by Western blot (WB) Confirmed; anti-HTLV-I antibody-positive individuals for radioimmunoassay. Results Of the 1008 serum samples collected from unpaid blood donors, two positive anti-HTLV-I antibodies were detected and no DNA positive individuals were detected. Two WB anti-HTLV-I antibody positive individuals were confirmed as false positive by WB test. Two suspicious positive Individual immunoglobulin radioimmunoassay, the results were normal. Conclusion The results suggest that the HTLV-I infection rate in blood donors in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province may be low.
