鱼凫村遗址位于成都平原腹心地域的温江县城关柳城镇北约5.5公里的万春镇鱼凫、直属和报恩三村,东南距成都市区20公里。遗址西南距岷江7公里、离岷江支流江安河2公里。地势自西北向东南缓慢倾斜,海拔556～560米,遗址位于岷江冲积扇上。遗址地表有不连续分布的古城垣,习称“鱼凫城”。该遗址曾载于清代温江县志中,传古鱼凫王都于此,此说至今在当地仍妇孺皆知,广为流传。
