八月中旬,天津市人民政府召开“天津市纪念《会计法》实施一周年大会”.参加会议的有市委、市人大等有关单位的负责人,以及各单位从事会计工作三十年以上的财会工作者代表等共1,200人. 副市长李长兴在会上作了总结性的发言.他指出:目前,本市有的单位仍然是会计制度不健全,帐目不清,数字不实,财经纪律松弛,违纪案件不断发生,这是绝对不允许的.他要求各级领导都要重视、了解、关心、支持会计工作,切实加强财会队伍的建设,提高会计人员的素质和水平. 会上,市人民政府表彰了4,064名从事财会工作三十年的财会工作者,并颁发了荣誉证书和纪念章.
