斜盘式柱塞泵损坏值得重视的一种型式——超速和壳体腔的污染,引起柱塞副轴向力增大折断压盘,最后导致柱塞泵损坏。1987年我公司从日本进口一台技术先进的液压打桩机。该机配有日本川崎的斜盘式柱塞泵。1989～1991年间曾两次发生意外打碎该泵的事故,造成直接经济损失9万多元,因停工损失利润100多万元。第1次事故损坏情况见图1、图7所示。
