由于高职院校的自身特点,班级管理过程中存在着较多的问题。激励理论的使用为高职院校的班级管理提供了有效地理论依据。通过在班级管理过程中合理运用激励理论,可以加强对学生的管理力度,提高学生的整体素质。本文分析了高职生心理发展的特点和高职院校班级管理的重要性、目前高职院校班级管理存在的问题及激励理论在高职班级管理中的应用,希望可以在一定程度上提高高职班级的管理力度。
Due to the characteristics of higher vocational colleges, there are many problems in class management.
