21世纪将进入信息社会。信息技术带来了计算机软件产业的迅速发展,1990年美国软件产品销售额达300亿美元,日本达205亿美元。90年代我国软件出口总额已达到1000万美元。计算机软件对推动社会生产力进步所起的重大作用已被人们所关注。
The 21st century will enter the information society. Information technology has brought about rapid development of the computer software industry. In 1990, sales of US software products reached US$30 billion and Japan reached US$20.5 billion. In the 1990s, China’s total software exports have reached 10 million US dollars. Computer software has played a major role in promoting the development of social productivity.
