棉花是关系国计民生的重要战略物资,又是农业生产中商品率最高,商品量和价值量巨大的一宗商品。由于棉花在国民经济中居有重要的地位和作用,40多年来棉花价格一直由国家高度集中管理。但从近十几年的实践看这种高度集中的定价管理形式已经越来越明显地暴露出一些问题,主要是价格调整不及时,没有充分发挥价格调节产需的杠杆作用,影响了棉花生产的稳定协调发展,与变化快的市场很不适应,因此,有必要对棉花价
Cotton is an important strategic material related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood.
