企业一定要有清晰正确的发展战略。战略就是方向,方向的成功是最大的成功,决策的失误是最大的失误。“十二五”期间,我国煤炭企业惨淡经营,亏损动辄数以百亿计。按照仁达方略管理咨询公司的研究,大部分煤炭企业的经营困境都是由战略失误带来的。煤炭企业战略趋同,主体产业方向基本都是煤基产业链,大多选择“煤—化—电”等链条,基本都是以煤为主,发展电力、煤化工、装备制造(煤炭机械为主)、物流等。
