我厂生产的变压器用散热弯管,系采用φ41×1.6毫米有缝钢管轧扁冲弯而成。在冲弯过程中,凹模主要承受着垂直压力和水平摩擦力,由于这两个力的作用,加之工件材质杂,批量大(月产2万件左右),使凹模磨损严重,使用寿命低。在弯制锈蚀材料时,这一问题显得更为突出。凹模原来用Cr12钢制作,硬度为HRC60左右,一般使用一周左右(约冲制5~6千件),即以型槽底部呈沟槽状磨损的形式而失效,
