[目的]观察风湿逐痹汤熏洗联合西药治疗类风湿关节炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将77例住院及门诊患者按抽签方法随机分为两组。对照组30例非甾体抗炎药、激素、甲氨喋呤、来氟米特。治疗组47例风湿逐痹汤(当归50g,白芍、桑枝各30g,桂枝20g,青风藤、忍冬藤、鸡血藤、丹参各30g,木瓜、葛根各20g,制附片30g,川草乌制各20g),水煎3000m L,早晚熏洗;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、病变关节、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组近期控制10例,显效19例,有效14例,无效4例,总有效率91.48%。对照组近期控制5例,显效9例,有效8例,无效8例,总有效率73.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]风湿逐痹汤熏洗联合西药治疗类风湿关节炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of rheumatism by biwetang fumigation and western medicine on rheumatoid arthritis. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 77 inpatients and outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random sampling method. Control group of 30 cases of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, hormones, methotrexate, leflunomide. The treatment group, 47 cases of rheumatoid by Biwutang (Angelica 50g, white peony root, mulberry each 30g, Guizhi 20g, Qingfeng vine, honeysuckle, Millettia, Salvia the 30g, papaya, Pueraria each 20g, Chuanwucao each 20g), decoction 3000m L, morning and evening fumigation; Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 4 weeks for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, lesions and joints, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 2 courses to determine the efficacy. [Results] The treatment group recently controlled 10 cases, markedly effective in 19 cases, effective in 14 cases, ineffective in 4 cases, the total effective rate was 91.48%. Control group recently controlled 5 cases, 9 cases markedly effective in 8 cases, 8 cases, the total effective rate was 73.33%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Rheumatism by Bi-Tang fumigation combined with Western medicine treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, with satisfactory results, no serious adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
