国内生产的阴极箱铜排,大多采用习惯的手工填加焊料的碳弧焊接法。手工填加焊料不易控制,表面成形差,焊后极易出现裂纹,质量得不到保证。现采用焊前先将焊料、熔剂合理地布置在待焊的焊缝上,采用手工碳弧焊接法获得了优良的接头。阴极箱的结构及技术要求阴极箱(图1)是电解槽的关键部件。它由厚10毫米A3钢板围成的箱形结构,在箱壁两侧分别搭焊两块12毫米厚的导电用T2紫铜排所构成。工作时内装315克/升浓度的食盐
