河北省新联合公益基金会成立于2011年11月14日,是由新联合投资控股有限公司及其下属4个产业集团共同发起成立的一家非公募基金会,主管单位为河北省民政厅。新联合公益基金会的业务范围是:在国家法律、政策范围内进行基金增值;接受政府资助,接受法人、自然人和其他组织的捐赠;支持教育事业,在贫困地区新建校舍、改善教育设施,资助、奖励品学兼优的贫困学生;致力于环保、节能、社会扶贫等公益领域的交流、宣传、资助及相关公益事业,促进社会文明进步。基金会由独立的理事会治理和专职
