中药材资源丰富,品种繁多,对中药材的品种和在中药丸、散、丹等制剂中的鉴别,显微鉴定是主要手段之一。因此,我们将具有石细胞的中药材进行了观察、比较和测绘,利用其结构上的异同点将石细胞分成几类,为药材显微鉴别提供方便。材料和方法取党参、黄芩、天花粉等48种具有石细胞的中药材,进行粉碎,过60目筛,再用水台氯醛-甘油装片、观察、测定(以μm为单位)、绘图。
Chinese herbal medicines are rich in resources and have a wide variety of varieties. Identification of the varieties of Chinese herbal medicines and identification of traditional Chinese medicines such as pills, powders, and granules, and microscopic identification are one of the main means. Therefore, we observed, compared and mapped Chinese herbal medicines with stone cells, and used their structural similarities and differences to divide stone cells into several categories, which facilitates the microscopic identification of medicinal herbs. Materials and Methods 48 Chinese medicinal materials with stone cells, including Codonopsis pilosula, Astragalus membranaceus, and TCS, were crushed, passed through a 60-mesh sieve, loaded with chloral aldehyde-glycerol, observed, measured (in μm), and plotted.
