夏天无为罂粟科植物伏生紫茧Corydelisdecumbens(Thumb)Pers 的块茎,有效成份为原阿片碱(Protopine),紫堇碱,CI—四氢掌叶药根碱等。本品用于风湿性关节炎,高血压病,脑血管意外引起的偏瘫,坐骨神经痛,骨折扭伤;近年来有制成眼药水治疗青少年近视眼,效果满意。江西药品标准规定,对夏天无注射液和眼药水需进行总生物碱的含量测定,原理是在氨碱性条件下,用乙醚将制剂中的总生物碱提尽,用雷氏盐比色法测定,以原阿片碱作参考标准。该法虽可控制夏
