针对铁路物资设备招标采购现状,分析了目前招标存在的弊端和问题,阐述了加强完善采购绩效考核制、产品使用鉴定制和中标履行监管制的重要性,提出了提高招标质量绩效的途径。
According to the status quo of bidding and purchasing for railway material and equipment, the disadvantages and problems in current bidding are analyzed. The importance of improving and perfecting the purchasing performance appraisal system, product using appraisal system and successful bidding supervision system is expounded and the ways to improve bidding quality performance are put forward.
