我分队开展黄金砂矿普查勘探工作,矿区的阶地与河谷多含砂砾石,结构松散有涌水,而含金层位富集于含水层下,给普查勘探带来很多困难。采用浅井、竖井施工,由于地层复杂,掘进效率低,成本高,混样严重,劳动强度大且不安全;特别是砂砾石含水层,支护排水困难,至使很多工程被迫中途停工,达不到地质目的,矿体难以作出正确评价。为了解决黄金砂矿的施工,我队自行设计制造了三台震动取样钻,分别在两个黄金砂矿进行了一年试验,共施工了79个钻孔、总进尺1,379米,取样效果良好。使用震动取样钻可以解决流砂涌水复杂地层的取样问题,改变了我队黄金砂矿普查勘探的施工面貌。
My team conducted surveys and surveys on the gold sands. The terraces and valleys in the mined areas are sandy and gravelly loose with gushing water. In order to solve the gold sand mine construction, our team designed and manufactured three vibrating sampling drills, each of which was tested in two gold sands mines for a year. A total of 79 drilling holes were constructed with a total footage of 1,379 meters and the sampling effect good. The use of vibrating sampling drill can solve the sampling problem of complicated formation of gushing sand gushing water and change the construction face of census exploration of gold mine in our team.
