报告126例受试者的ENG和EGG资料(126份)。其中在冷热水试验中同时记录ENG和EGG者86例,在视动刺激下同时记录者20例,在科里奥力加速度刺激时只作EGG记录者20例。结果表明:①迷路受温度刺激时ENG能记录到前庭视反射,EGG亦同时能记录到胃电振幅明显增加;当ENG示前庭视反射减弱时,EGG的振幅亦相应降低。②当受到视动刺激和科里奥力加速度刺激时EGG的振幅均明显增加。提示EGG可作为前庭植物神经反射的一项客观指标。
ENG and EGG data from 126 subjects were reported (126). Among them, 86 cases recorded ENG and EGG simultaneously in hot and cold water test, 20 cases recorded simultaneously under visual stimulation and 20 cases EGG recorded only when acceleration of Coriolis force. The results showed that: (1) ENG could record vestibular reflexes when stimulated by temperature, and EGG also recorded a significant increase of gastric electrical amplitude. When amplitude of ENG showed vestibular reflex decreased, amplitude of EGG decreased accordingly. (2) The amplitude of EGG significantly increased when stimulated by visual acuity and Coriolis acceleration. Tip EGG can be used as a forensic nerve reflex an objective indicator.
