自去年十一月底到现在,将近三个月的土改运动,我全省大多数地区,尤其是土改区,封建势力与反革命分子,不仅在政治上组织上受到严重打击,而且在经济上亦受到了严重打击。在土改运动中,除依法没收征收土地外,对依法没收地主的其它财产,如粮食、耕牛、房屋、农具、家具等斗争果实,也获得很大成绩,这些斗争果实,如能公平合理的分给农民,就可以适当的解决土改区广大贫雇农的耕畜、农具及其它生产资料的困难。目前将近四百万人口的地区,已分完了土地,另一部分地区正在进行分田,估计在春耕前全省可能在八百五十万以上人口的地区,分完土地。
