消化系肿瘤是临床上最常见的恶性肿瘤,是多种基因联合作用的结果。Livin作为凋亡抑制蛋白家族的新的一员,能直接抑制凋亡的核心物质caspase蛋白酶的活性,从而抑制细胞凋亡。Livin在消化系恶性肿瘤中呈高表达,与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。以Livin为靶点的基因治疗为消化系肿瘤的治疗提供了一个新的方向。现对Livin的分子结构、作用机制及其在消化道肿瘤中的研究进展等方面进行综述。
Gastrointestinal cancer is the most common clinical malignant tumor, the result of a combination of multiple genes. As a new member of apoptosis inhibitor family, Livin directly inhibits the activity of caspase, the core substance of apoptosis, and thus inhibits apoptosis. Livin is highly expressed in digestive malignancies and is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors. Gene therapy targeting Livin provides a new direction for the treatment of digestive tumors. Now Livin molecular structure, mechanism of action and its progress in the study of gastrointestinal tumors and so on.
