北京市液化石油气公司南郊灌瓶厂是新近投产的现代化灌装厂。灌装厂位于丰台区万泉寺,厂区占地5万m~2,新厂的储存能力是400m~3的球罐3个,50m~3的卧罐3个,设计年灌装能力5万t。新厂引进了包括灌装转盘、泵、压缩机、电子检斤秤、封口机、气动阀以及PLC等8个国家的设备。这些设备均安装在厂的关键部位,对保证正常供气和安全生产,起到了举足轻重的
Beijing Liquor Petroleum Corporation Nanjiao Bottling Factory is a modern bottling plant that has recently been put into production. The bottling plant is located in Wanquan Temple, Fengtai District. The factory occupies an area of 50,000 m2. The storage capacity of the new plant is 3 ball tanks of 400m-3, 3 horizontal tanks of 50m-3, and the designed annual filling capacity is 50,000. t. The new plant has introduced equipment from eight countries, including filling turrets, pumps, compressors, electronic weighing scales, sealing machines, pneumatic valves and PLCs. These equipments are installed in the key parts of the plant and play a decisive role in ensuring normal gas supply and safe production.
