社会的发展需要人才的支持,高校承担着培养人才的重担。但是,目前高校毕业生就业形势依然严峻。为此,本文以沧州职业技术学院为例,从就业工作的实践和建议两方面,对现阶段高职院校就业渠道进行有益地探索,以求促进高职院校健康、长期、稳定地发展。
The development of society needs the support of talented people, and universities bear the burden of cultivating talented people. However, the current employment situation of college graduates is still grim.
