微信公众平台是集宣传与服务功能为一体的信息平台。本文以青岛黄海学院的官微及青岛黄海博物馆的微信公众号为例,从为大学生服务的角度分析其运营内容及存在的问题,针对这些问题进行反思并分析如何建立一个能为大学生提供更好服务的信息平台。
WeChat public platform is a collection of information and services as one of the information platform. Taking the WeChat of Qingdao Huanghai University and the WeChat public account of Qingdao Huanghai Museum as an example, this paper analyzes its operation content and existing problems from the angle of serving college students, rethinks on these problems and analyzes how to establish a system that can provide better service to college students Service information platform.
