随着内燃机强化程度的不断提高和日益向高速、大马力发展,其主轴瓦和连杆轴瓦的工作条件也愈来愈繁重。在这种情况下,疲劳损坏就成了轴瓦失效的主要机理。而轴瓦减摩层的疲劳损伤,往往决定着发动机的寿命。影响轴瓦疲劳强度的因素很多,也很复杂,不但与轴瓦材料的固有疲劳强度有关,而且还受到实际工作条件中存在的多种因素的影响:载荷的特征及大小、减摩层厚度、轴瓦安装的几何状态、轴瓦座和曲轴的刚度、润滑油的粘度、温度和污染程度等等。
