建设中的国家体育场——“鸟巢”国家体育场有限公司在起诉中称,被告公司未经允许,擅自将国家体育场特有的“鸟巢”设计形象,作为广告背景吸引消费者注意力,进行商业使用,该行为严重侵犯了原告的著作……近日,因认为企业在刊登户外广告和做影视广告中使用“鸟巢”建筑形象作为广告宣传背景构成侵权,“鸟巢”业主——国家体育场有限公司,将包括北京某大汽车制造公司在内的10余家大企业告上法院,索赔总计超过4000万元的经济损失。
