目前,田径教材及其教学时效的比例,在普通高校体育教学中均占榜首。但不少高校的田径教学效果却不甚理想。究其因,主要体现在以下几方面:第一,教法单一。不顾学生的实际情况,不管什么季节、什么项目、什么类型的课,一律采用传习式教法,使学生感到枯燥乏味,激发不起他们的学习积极性。第二,教材面广但又缺乏一定深度,学生对之兴趣不高。第三,田径课运动量大,强度高,学生机体的生理负荷较大。而教师的教学手段缺乏趣味性、竞技性,没有生动、活泼的教学氛围。 为此,笔者在近几年的体育教学中,注重教法改革,教学效果也随之提高。 1 讲解留有“余地”
