心内科有些医学名词应用较混乱,现将心内科临床工作中常用的一些名词的概念及意义作一简要描述,供基层医生参考。 一、生理性杂音、功能性杂音: 生理性杂音指正常情况下产生的杂音,如健康青少年常可在肺动脉瓣区和心尖区听到此种杂音;功能性杂音指心脏瓣膜本身无病变,而是由于心脏扩大或大血管扩张引起的杂音,如高血压引起的功能性二尖瓣关闭不全、二尖瓣狭窄引起的肺动脉瓣相对性关闭不全等时产生的杂音。
