我院药厂（成都青山药厂）输液制剂灭菌一直用的是单扉夹层高压蒸汽灭菌柜。此型柜最高工作压力0．14MPa，最高工作温度126C，有效工作容积1510minX770mmX1080mm，工作方式是夹层预热进汽，适于医用包敷料灭菌。用此型柜为输液制剂灭菌，满柜升温至灭菌温度115C需要18～22min，
Our hospital drug company (Chengdu Qingshan Pharmaceutical Factory) has been using a single-sandwich high-pressure steam sterilizer to sterilize infusion preparations. The maximum working pressure of this type of cabinet is 0.14MPa, the maximum working temperature is 126C, and the effective working volume is 1510minX770mmX1080mm. The working mode is preheated steam in the sandwich, which is suitable for sterilization of medical dressings. Use this type of cabinet to sterilize infusion preparations. It takes 18-22 minutes to heat the cabinet to a sterilization temperature of 115C.
