村级卫生机构所有制结构反映了村级卫生机构提供医疗卫生服务所需物质基础所有权的状况。分析研究当前村级卫生机构所有制的现状，界定村级卫生机构所有制的类型，对制定农村卫生经济政策具有十分重要的意义。该研究对当前村级卫生机构所有制的现状进行了分析并对所有制的类型进行界定研究，首次提出了具有可操作性量化界定和分类方法。
The ownership structure of village-level health institutions reflects the status of material-based ownership of health services provided by village-level health agencies. Analyzing the current status of ownership of village-level health institutions and defining the types of ownership of village-level health institutions is of great significance to the formulation of rural health and economic policies. This study analyzes the current status of ownership of village-level health institutions and defines the types of ownership, and proposes a quantitative definition and classification method for operability for the first time.
