子宫内膜癌(endometrial cancer,EC)是较常见的的妇科肿瘤,目前对EC的治疗已形成了以手术为主,放疗、化疗和激素治疗为辅的治疗模式,但在临床实际工作中,还有很多问题和分歧困扰着妇科医生的临床决策,如子宫内膜的最佳取材方式、肌层的浸润及估计以及手术范围、手术方式、盆腹腔淋巴结清扫及保留生育功能的手术选择等。本文将子宫内膜癌的诊断方式及手术方法有争议的问题综述如下。
