虽然国外很早以前就知道鱼类能对寄生虫病免疫,然而不象在人类和兽医方面得到应有的重视,很少有研究鱼类对寄生虫免疫的报道。有关鱼体存在抗寄生虫特异性抗体的知识也是很有限的。Bauer(1958,1959)曾对这个被忽视的领域加以评论。以后Snieszko(1969)作过鱼类对后生动物寄生虫免疫的综述。在我国,到目前为止尚未见有关这方面的报道。最近,我组在研究大面积防治鲢、鳙锚头鳋病的过程中,通过观察和试验,证明感染一定强度锚头鳋的鲢、鳙鱼种,在虫脱病愈后可获得明显的免疫力,而且免疫期可持续一年以上。这是我国研究养殖鱼类对寄生虫病免疫的首次发现。现将国内外有关鱼类对寄生虫病免疫的研究动态介绍如下。
