随着对肾小球疾病免疫发病机理认识的深化,补体系统变化与肾炎之间的关系也日益受到重视。本文报告196例肾小球疾病患者血清C_8肾炎因子(C_3NeF)测定的结果,以探讨C_3NeF对病理分型、临床演变、判断疗效和估价预后的价值。
With the deepening of understanding of the pathogenesis of glomerular immune disease, complement system changes and the relationship between nephritis is also increasingly valued. This article reports 196 cases of glomerular disease in patients with serum C_8 nephritis factor (C_3NeF) determination of the results to investigate the C_3NeF on the pathological type, clinical evolution, to determine the efficacy and prognosis of the value.
