现今社会发展较快,各行业在对人才的需求上更加看重求职者的职业道德品质,然而这对于高职院校的学生来说,正是其中的一个短板,职业道德指的是参加工作的职业人员要具备一定的道德素质和遵循一定的行为准则,而从现今高职院校学生的基本情况来看,大多都是在一味的进行专业技能的学习,可以说拥有一个好的素质、具备准确的职业道德素质的人员寥寥无几。近些年技师学院也逐渐增加了职业道德教育,但是并没有十分显著的效果,造成这种现象的原因与学校教育有很大关系,但是同时也有其他方面的原因。本文就高职院校学生的职业道德教育做出分析,以供参考。
