The ion content of ice and snow samples is low, the cation is determined by atomic absorption spectrometry, and some ions can not get satisfactory results. Instead, the impact ball is replaced by the impinging atomizer and the ion absorbance of the ion source is greatly enhanced. After a series of experiments and comparison, the Ca2 + absorbance increases by 1. 2 times, Mg2 +, Na +, K + absorbance increased by 2 to 3 times, to solve the snow samples ion content is low, difficult to determine the problem
