实施燃油税费改革,除取消养路费等外,应同时取消路桥费。取消公路收费站、改革贷款修路桥的方法,本身就是具有重大意义的改革措施。取消路桥费对降低社会交通成本,提高流通、生产利润,加快经济活动速度,促进经济增长具有重要意义。其主要障碍在于一是要归还投资路桥的贷款;二是涉及目前全国30万路桥收费人员的生计。对于这些障碍只要统一认识,是可以解决的。
