1959年5月26日至29日在基輔召开了全苏第八次络合物化学会議。参加大会的有来自苏联各地的絡合物化学家四百余人以及波兰和捷克的代表。会議上共宣讀了96篇报告。在第一天大会上斯皮岑院士作了“七年計划中絡合物化学研究的任务”的报告。他着重指出絡合物化学的发展对許多近代重要技术部門如和平利用原子能、高能技术、稀有元素的分离和提純、半导体材料的制备等等起着直接的影响。同时这些現代技术的进一步发展将对絡合物化学家提出更
May 28, 1959 in Kiev, held the eighth conference of all complex chemistry in the Soviet Union. More than 400 complex chemists from all over the Soviet Union and representatives from Poland and the Czech Republic attended the conference. A total of 96 reports were read at the meeting. At the first day of the conference, Prof. Spitzen made a report on “the task of complex chemical research in the seven-year plan”. He emphasized that the development of complex chemistry has a direct impact on many modern and important technology sectors such as the peaceful use of atomic energy, high-energy technologies, the separation and purification of rare elements and the preparation of semiconductor materials.
