公众心态是社会形势的重要组成部分,它既是客观社会形势的折射,也是社会形势中的一种独立变量。为了对1992年的公众心态进行分析并对未来一年进行预测,“社会形势分析与预测”课题组,在国家统计局社会司合作下,于1992年5月对以下三大类问题进行了问卷调查。 1.公众对改革和社会形势的一般看法; 2.公众对改革和社会形势的具体期望; 3.公众对与改革近期目标相关的“小康”问题的看法。这涉及到对改革前景的评价。据上述问卷调查结果,我们在此就1992年社会公众的基本心态进行简略描述与分析,揭示一些新特点,并作出一些预测。
Public attitude is an important part of the social situation. It is not only a reflection of the objective social situation but also an independent variable in the social situation. In order to analyze the public mood of 1992 and make forecasts for the coming year, the “Task Force on the Analysis and Prediction of Social Situations”, under the cooperation of the Social Affairs Department of the National Bureau of Statistics, conducted the following three major types of problems in May 1992 The survey. 1. The public’s general view on reform and social situation; 2. The public’s specific expectation of reform and social situation; 3. The public’s view on the “well-off” issue related to the immediate goal of reform. This involves the evaluation of the prospects of reform. According to the above survey results, we briefly describe and analyze the basic state of mind of the public in 1992, reveal some new characteristics and make some predictions.
