随着我国市场经济环境日益国际化,企业所面临的财务风险越来越大,而因为财务危机发生而导致经营陷入困境,甚至破产清算的企业数量也逐渐增多。因此企业有必要建立一套完善的财务危机预警系统,以防范、化解财务危机,减少财务损失,确保企业正常经营。本文阐述了财务危机预警系统的功能,并在对企业财务危机预警指标进行比较分析的基础上,提出企业建立财务危机预警系统应注意的一些问题。
As China’s market economic environment becomes more and more internationalized, the financial risks faced by enterprises are increasing, and because the financial crisis has caused the business to be in trouble, even the number of companies that have gone bankrupt and liquidated has gradually increased. Therefore, it is necessary for enterprises to establish a comprehensive financial crisis warning system to prevent and resolve financial crisis, reduce financial losses, and ensure normal business operations. This article elaborates the function of the financial crisis warning system, and on the basis of comparative analysis of the financial crisis warning indicators of enterprises, puts forward some problems that enterprises should pay attention to when establishing a financial crisis warning system.
