介绍一种清污机的智能控制系统,该系统以PLC为整机的逻辑控制中心,将清污机的起升机构、大车运行机构、耙斗机构、翻板机构和集污斗等各机构的控制信号及限位保护信号接入PLC系统,通过在PLC内进行逻辑控制运算,实现清污机的智能控制,实现多种模式可切换运行,即全自动、半自动及手动清污模式,提高了清污机的可靠性和清污效率,解决了目前水电站建设对清污机的清污效率和环保要求更高的技术难题。
This paper introduces a kind of intelligent control system of the cleaning machine. The system uses PLC as the logic control center of the whole machine. The lifting mechanism, the running mechanism, the scraper mechanism, the flap mechanism, The control signals and limit protection signals of the institutions are connected to the PLC system.
