县级电大肩负着科教兴县,培养地方性人才,繁荣当地经济的艰巨任务。怎样才能充分发挥电大优势,多快好省地培养各类人才,以适应当地经济建设的需要呢? 十多年来,我们在实践中探索,经验告诉我们:县级电大工作站,形不成教学实体,路子只能越走越窄,而加强横向联合,一体化办学则是县级电大较为理想的办学模式。所谓“横向联合”就是电大分校与县教师进修学校联合成一个教学实体;所谓“一体化办学”就是在中央、省,市电大管理指导下,县电大分校与机关、企业沟通,与乡镇,农村沟通,创立一个立体化的教学网络。这种办学模式充满生机、活力,有利于调动各方面的积极因素,挖掘潜在优势,为电大分校的发展开辟了广阔的前景。
