广播电视大学成立十多年了,风风雨雨,坎坎坷坷,有经验也有教训,成功的经验尚待总结,诸多问题有待研究。对于广播电视大学——中国教育史上这一新事物的认真总结,深入研究,以及对未来的预测,已摆在了全国电大师生员工面前。 目前,由于电大自身条件的限制和诸多社会因素的制约,许多研究工作无法大规模的展开。但电大人终究是电大人,许多地方的电大在资金少,人员缺,任务重的情况下,克服困难,利用有限的资金、人才、设备,主动出击,搞出了一项项有价值的研究项目;许多有责任心的教师,管理人员以至学生,潜心研究,写出了一篇篇有水平的研究论文。这些论文涉及的内容广泛,数据精确,有一定的理论深度,为广播电视教育的科学化、正规化建设提供了科学依据和理论依据。 本刊将陆续组织发表一些电大的研究报告,并有针对性地公布一些研究成果,以供各地同行参考借鉴。今天刊登的云南电大的报告即是其中之一。 人是要有一点精神的。我们相信经过电大全体同志的艰苦奋斗,共同努力,在不远的将来,中国的广播电视教育事业将会出现一个崭新的局面。

The publication will continue to publish some TVU research report, and publish some research results targeted for reference by colleagues around. One of them is the report of Yunnan TV University published today. People should be a little spirit. We believe that with the hard work and efforts of all the TVU comrades, there will be a brand new situation in China’s radio and television education in the near future.
