Shandong Provincial Department of Water Resources and Henan Provincial Institute of Hydraulic Engineering co-chaired the second large-volume aqueduct aqueduct seminar in Gong County, Henan Province, from June 1 to June 5, 1982. The units that participated in the conference included Huadong Water Conservancy Institute, Dalian Institute of Technology, and nine other water conservancy institutions, provincial water conservancy clubs, and fraternity provincial design and scientific research departments, a total of 22 units, 46 delegates.
