目的了解天津市医院牙钻用水污染状况,为改进口腔科卫生管理提供依据。方法采用随机抽样检测的方法,对部分医院口腔科牙钻用水进行了调查。结果从不同医院口腔科随机抽检106份牙钻用水,只有30份样品中细菌总数<200 cfu/ml,总平均合格率为28.30%,未检出致病菌。经过采用合理消毒方法和干预措施,1年后重新采集100份牙钻用水,有79份样品细菌总数<200 cfu/ml,合格率提高到79%。结论天津市部分医疗机构口腔科牙钻用水污染超标严重,经过改进消毒和干预措施,卫生状况得到明显改善。
Objective To understand the situation of toothpaste water pollution in Tianjin Hospital and provide the basis for improving the hygiene management of dentistry. Methods Stochastic sampling method was used to investigate the dentistry dental drilling water in some hospitals. Results A total of 106 dental drills were randomly selected from different hospital stomatology departments. Only 30 samples had a total bacterial count of <200 cfu / ml, with a total average pass rate of 28.30%. No pathogens were detected. After rational disinfection methods and interventions were taken, 100 dental water samples were collected one year later. The total number of bacteria in 79 samples was <200 cfu / ml and the passing rate was increased to 79%. Conclusion In some medical institutions in Tianjin, the oral water quality of dental dental drills exceeded the standard seriously. After the improvement of disinfection and interventions, the sanitary conditions have been significantly improved.
